Guidelines for visitors

Visitor Policy

Synergy Multispeciality Hospital is committed to providing a safe, peaceful, and healthy environment for our patients and their families. We understand that family and friends play an important role in a patient’s recovery. Therefore, we request all visitors to follow the guidelines below while visiting the hospital.

  • At the time of admission, two passes will be issued – one for the attendant and one for the visitor. These passes will remain valid until the patient is discharged. Entry to the patient’s room will only be allowed with a valid pass. If a pass is lost during the stay, please contact the admission desk.
  • Family and friends are requested to visit between 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM, and only one visitor is allowed at a time.
  • People who have fever, cold, cough, or any contagious illness should avoid visiting patients.
  • Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed inside patient rooms.
  • Please do not bring pets, flowers, outside food, or beverages into the patient rooms.
  • Visitors are requested to maintain silence and avoid unnecessary noise in the hospital.
  • Please wash or sanitize your hands before and after entering the patient’s room.
  • Photography, audio recording, or video recording is not allowed inside the hospital premises.
  • Please avoid bringing valuable items, as the hospital will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Any violence against doctors, staff, or damage to hospital property is a punishable offense.
  • The hospital is a no-smoking zone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, pan, or tobacco is strictly not allowed in the hospital.
  • For any help, coordination, or complaints, you may contact the duty manager.
  • Visitors are also advised to follow basic safety practices such as sanitization, wearing a mask, and maintaining social distance when necessary.
